SWEET ROLL DOUGH                                      Shari Lynn Shireman

1/2 c. scalded milk                  1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. melted lard                   2 pkgs, yeast
1/2 c. sugar                         2 eggs
11/2 tsp. salt                       3 or more cups flour, dough should
                                        be a little sticky

Stir water and yeast together. Stir milk, lard, sugar and salt together.
Add water, yeast, and eggs. Stir together. Add flour, dough should be
sticky. It makes a soft dough. Keep real warm. Let rise once.

MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE                         >        JoAnn Wimmenauer

2 sticks soft margarine              2 c. flour
4 heaping tsp. powdered              1/2-3/4 c. walnuts
   sugar                             Bag of powdered sugar, to roll
1 tsp. vanilla                         balls in

Mix all ingredients until well mixed. Roll dough into balls. Place on
cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degroes for about 15 minutes. Cool. Roll in
powdered sugar.

EASY TO MAKE CAKE COOKIES                                   Annette Lacy

1 cake mix, any flavor               1/2 c. oil
2 eggs                               1/2 c. powdered sugar

With mixer, beat cake mix, oil and eggs. Roll into balls. Roll balls in
powdered sugar. Bake at 350 degrees until top cracks, about 7 minutes.
You may also add options such as nuts, chocolate chips, etc. Devil's
Food Cake mix with peanut butter chips is great!
