Pie With No Name, Cherry Topped Cheese Pie, Cream Pie
PIE WITH NO NAME Betty Meyer
1 unbaked pie shell
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 stick butter, melted and cooled
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
Melt and cool butter. Mix sugar and flour; add slightly beaten eggs; and
butter, nuts, chocolate chips and vanilla. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
Serve warm with whipped cream.
CHERRY TOPPED CHEESE PIE JoAnn Wimmenauer
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. thawed Cool Whip
1 c. canned cherry pie filling
Unbaked 9-inch Graham
Cracker crust
Beat together cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Blend in Cool
Whip. Pour into crust. Top with cherry pie filling. Chill at least
3 hours before serving.
CREAM PIE Betty Meyer
1 pkg., 3 3/4oz., instant
pudding mix:
vanilla-for coconut
banana-for banana
chocolate-for chocolate
1 c. milk
1 c. whipped cream or Dream Whip
1 c. coconut, for coconut
2 bananas, sliced for banana
Curled chocolate, for chocolate
1 9-inch baked pie crust
Bake pie crust and cool. Combine pudding and milk. Let stand a few
minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Fold in 1/2 cup shredded coconut, for
coconut. Place sliced bananas on bottom of crust, for banana. Pour
pudding mixture into baked pie shell. For coconut - top with toasted
1/2 cup coconut. For banana - top with sliced bananas. For chocolate -
top with curled chocolate.
